In the diet of any person, fish should be present at least twice a week. Today for dinner we will have salmon.

Salmon in Russia is very much appreciated, and not for nothing, hea beautiful red meat, in which there are a lot of vitamins and minerals, and there is no price for salmon caviar. Dishes from salmon can be found in the kitchen of any country, for example, in Japan salmon are popular sushi, Italians fry it in the test, Finns cook salmon meat under marinade, and Swedes prefer salmon soup. In general, there are a lot of recipes, it only remains to be decided. I offer you several different cooking options, each recipe is good in its own way, and most importantly, all dishes from salmon are delicious.

1) The simplest option is simply to bake a fishin foil. To do this, we need 400 grams of salmon fillet, vegetable oil, garlic, you can additionally use onion rings, salt and foil for baking. Cut the fillet into 4 portions, rub it with salt and oil, then top with grated garlic, wrap it in foil and bake for about 40 minutes until it is ready. When the fish is baked, take out its ovens, lay out on plates, decorate with greens, add a little garnish from rice and corn, sprinkle the fish with lemon juice and serve it to the table. The fish is very delicious, and most importantly, the recipe is simple.

2) More complex, but also more tasty variant -lasagna with salmon under spicy sauce "Bachamel". So, for the preparation of this overseas dish, we need: 300 grams of salmon fillet, 300 grams of fresh spinach, mozzarella cheese - 200 grams, fresh milk package, butter, 50 grams of butter, a little wheat flour, 100 grams of parmesan cheese, 200 ml of white wine, salt, nutmeg.

Such salmon dishes are highly valued asabroad, and in Russia. First you need to put out the spinach for about half an hour. Put salmon fillets in another pan, add wine, salt and let stand for about 10 minutes. While the fish is soaked with wine, we will prepare the Bachamel sauce. To do this, put the butter in a saucepan, wait until it melts, add the flour and stir for 2 minutes. Now you need to bring the milk to a boil and pour it into a thin flour with flour, while stirring constantly. Add salt, add a little nutmeg. The mixture should be cooked for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.

Then we put lasagna in the baking dish: the first layer - sauce, the second - spinach, the third - again the sauce, the fourth - the salmon cut into pieces, the fifth - again spinach, the sixth - the mozzarella cheese, the seventh - again the sauce, the eighth - grated parmesan cheese. We remove the lasagna in a preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes. After the lasagna is ready, it is advisable to give it a little standing, so that all layers are soaked in sauce. Then you can safely serve to the table. Such a dish is not ashamed to put on the festive table. In general, dishes from salmon in the oven are amazing. Try to cook, you will be delighted.

As it turned out, you can cook not only the second course of this fish, but also salmon soup.

For soup, we need 300 grams of salmon fillet,a couple of potatoes, onions, carrots, a handful of rice, salt, a laurel, any greens. First, put on the fire 1.5 liters of water in a saucepan. While the water boils, separate the flesh of the fish from the skin and bones, cut into small pieces and dip into boiling water. Rice should be washed and pour cold water for 10 minutes. Then add the onions, carrots, bay leaves to the soup, salt. Wait until it boils. Cut the potatoes, put them in the soup, then, after the broth boils, lay the rice and cook for another 15 minutes. Cut the greens finely and add to the soup, after it has been removed from the plate, so the flavor of the greens is better preserved.

Salmon dishes look spectacular due to red meat, so this fish is often found on festive tables.
