Under construction subway station "Seligerskaya"

At the present time such a station is stillthere is no current Moscow metro scheme. For many residents of the northern part of the capital, this event will be of paramount importance. The opening of the metro station "Seligerskaya" will make it possible in principle to modernize the entire transport infrastructure of the Northern Administrative District. The road to the center of Moscow will take no more than half an hour. And this will make life in the residential neighborhoods close to the metro much more comfortable.

The metro station "Seligerskaya" was to be the final point of the launch site. From the original intention to lay a section of the line in an open way had to be abandoned, for this it would have been necessary to cut off the Dmitrov highway for a while. It was necessary to choose a more expensive construction option by tunneling. But the fact that construction is not conducted in an open way, does not allow it to be attributed to deep lines. According to expert estimates, this engineering solution saves significant material resources and completes construction on schedule.

Accordingly, it was processed andproject of the subway station "Seligerskaya" under construction. In the final approved version, it will be a three-layer columned, shallow station. One can not but rejoice at the fact that no one is going to save on the design and decorative finishing of the interiors of the station. As far as it is possible to carry out the conceived, while it is impossible to judge, but in a virtual form the station looks quite dignified. Exits from it will allow to get to Dmitrovskoe and Korovinskoe highways, Pialovskaya street and Tumanyan square. This place and today can not be called a backwater, and with the arrival of a new metro line here it will become even more attractive for business development. The proximity to the metro significantly increases the capitalization of residential and non-residential real estate, sharply activates various types of commercial activities.

What will happen next

The final station of the launch site in Dmitrovthe direction will become the metro station "Seligerskaya". Metro scheme in the past did not provide for its development beyond the Ring Road. But this position has long been outdated. Back in November 2011, a strategic decision was made that Seligerskaya is not forever destined to be the final station. The metro line will continue to MKAD, and then further in the direction of the area.

At present, work is already under way onthe construction of two stations after the "Seliger", they will be called "Square 800th anniversary of Moscow" and "Dmitrov highway." Further continuation of the line is under development.
