Russian pancakes are always deliciously tasty, festive and very home-like.

Of course, the filling for pancakes, in fact, canbe any: it's minced meat, fried with onions, and cottage cheese, and mushrooms, but with special love are pancakes with salmon. Whichever way they are cooked, it will always be very tasty, exquisite and, at the same time, simple. It takes very little time to prepare this dish. Here, for example, such pancakes with salmon and cottage cheese. To make five pancakes, mix well with whisk or beat: 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 200 g of flour, add sugar and salt to taste, and pour in some low-fat milk. Add it until the dough acquires a semi-liquid consistency and does not start off easily enough from a spoon. If desired, the dough can be added finely chopped fresh dill.

Then in a skillet, greased with fried, roastedfive pancakes. When the pancakes will cool down, spread them with cheese, put the pieces of salmon on top (you can take salted trout). Pancake stuffed with a roll and cut. Sliced ​​beautifully put on a dish. From above, each piece can be decorated with red caviar or sour cream. A little bit of advice: before you cut the pancakes with salmon and cheese, hold them for 2-3 hours in the fridge so that they do not turn around.

If you want hot pancakes, stuffing is possible.To make and a little bit differently: the cottage cheese curd (150-200 g) wiped with finely chopped dill and juice half of a lemon. This mixture put a strip on a hot pancake, put the pieces of fish on top and wrap it in a tube.

If you do not want to mess with the test, pancakes withSalmon can be replaced with tartlets. These baskets are usually sold already ready, so all you need is to buy them in the required quantity and just fill them with stuffing. Tartlets with salmon are prepared very quickly. 20-30 pieces of ready tartlets from puff pastry will require 100 g of salmon, a bit of soft cheese, chopped dill and 50 g of red caviar. Spread the pieces of cheese on the bottom of the tartlets, put the slices of salmon on top, decorate with red caviar, lightly sprinkle with dill and ... serve.

As an option, you can cut salmon fillets into small pieces and, giving them a rosette shape, put in a tartlet. Decorate with a piece of butter and a sprig of green.

An excellent and original table decoration canbecome canape with salmon. This light snack is prepared as follows: 7 pieces of white bread will need 50 grams of cream cheese, one medium-sized cucumber and 150 g of salmon. Cut fish into small thin strips, cucumbers into circles. From the pieces of bread, also cut small circles and fry them a little in butter or in a toaster. Grate bread loaves with cheese and put a piece of cucumber on top. Slices of salmon also cover with a small amount of cheese, roll them into rolls and put them on billets from bread and cucumber. Canape with salmon is ready. For convenience, you can stick a skewer in each canapé.

These absolutely simple dishes can not be spoiled. They are prepared quickly, and a variety is provided for your festive table. It is impossible not to agree that salmon and red caviar are not the products that we are used to eating daily and in large quantities, but when the soul asks, even requires a holiday, why not treat yourself and your loved ones with something like that?
