  • 3 g of salt and 9 g of rapidly soluble yeast;
  • 0.6 kg of rice flour;
  • ordinary water - 350 ml.

For filling:

  • a pinch of black (in ground form) pepper;
  • 3 grams of salt and coriander powder;
  • 0.3 kg of pork or beef (pulp);
  • 40 ml of olive oil;
  • onion - 40 g;
  • Peking cabbage - 350 g.

For sauce:

  • 5 ml of table vinegar and 35 ml of soybean vinegar;
  • garlic - three denticles will suffice;
  • 2 g black (in ground form) pepper and coriander powder;
  • greenery;
  • powder of red pepper - not necessarily;
  • 300 g of Korean carrots (sold in stores);
  • 35 ml of distilled water and 5 ml of olive oil.

Step № 1. Pour the flour into the bowl. Add warm water in the right amount. Put the yeast. We mix all this, achieving homogeneity. The resulting dough is covered with a food film. We put it away in a warm place. When it is suitable, mix again. Then we return it to a warm place.

Step number 2. Washed meat is crushed with cubes (1x1 cm). Chop the onions arbitrarily. A cabbage must be very thinly chopped. We pour oil into the frying pan. Warm it up.
