Chocolate glaze made from powdered sugar

This recipe for "cold" cooking will providea coating that will have a special luster. Mix three tablespoons of cocoa powder with sugar powder (100 g) and dilute with nearly cooled boiled milk (100 ml). In the mixture, we enter a half tablespoons of butter (softened) and a pinch of vanillin. Thoroughly grind to obtain a homogeneous, like sour cream, and shiny mass. Brewed white glaze
