As an aromatic additive, you can use vanilla sugar or vanillin.

As you can see, the recipe for pancakes with starch is very similar to the recipe for making the most ordinary pancakes. However, the addition of starch makes pancakes more tender and lush.

We begin to prepare the dough. We break eggs into a bowl, pour in salt, vanillin, sugar and beat this mass with a mixer. Cold milk is mixed with starch, gradually adding starch to the liquid and stirring constantly.

Now we pour the milk with starch into the egg mixture, continuing to whisk the mass. There we send vegetable oil and flour. Leave the dough for thirty minutes so that the gluten of flour can swell.

The dough from which we will bake pancakes on the starch may seem unusually liquid to you. But this is correct, because starch pancakes are very thin, but they are quite elastic.

We bake pancakes as usual, that is, beforepour the first portion of the dough, grease the frying pan (in the future, do not need it). Bake a pancake on one side before browning, then gently turn it over the other side with a shovel. The second side of the pancake is baked very quickly, just a few seconds. Ready pancakes on the starch add to the plate a pile. If desired, each pancake can be smeared with melted butter.

Such pancakes can be served with jam, honey, sour cream or condensed milk. And you can use them for stuffing with a variety of fillings.

And if there is no milk in the house, then do not be upset, delicious pancakes on the starch can be prepared using curdled milk, kefir or whey.

Five hundred milliliters of kefir we need threeeggs, three tablespoons of flour, four tablespoons of starch, three teaspoons of sugar, a third of a spoonful of salt and a little (about half the teaspoon) of soda. In addition, the dough will need to add two tablespoons of vegetable oil.

We pour soda into kefir and stir it. Then beat the eggs with sugar and salt. At this point, you can add vanillin or another flavor, for example, grated lemon peel. Mix egg and kefir mixture, add flour and starch and whisk thoroughly, making sure that the mixture has become homogeneous, without lumps.

Bake pancakes on the starch, pouring the dough onfrying pan with a thin layer, ready pancakes fold a pile. Since the products are very thin, you need to turn them neatly, using a wide blade.

Starch pancakes can be prepared withoutuse of eggs. To make such a dough, we need a half-liter package of milk, a scant flour, two tablespoons of starch, a hundred grams of butter, two tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt and a little vinegar to extinguish the soda.

We heat the milk, but do not boil it. In hot milk, we dissolve the oil, then add sugar and mix the mass well. Mix flour with starch and salt, then add this mixture to the cooled milk with butter. We mix it and let it brew for about twenty minutes under the lid. Before the very baking of pancakes, we add in the dough soda, extinguished in vinegar. We bake pancakes as usual, frying them from two sides.
