First, make sure there is a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, emergency stop sign. The capacity of the fire extinguisher is recommended at least 2 liters. It is recommended - you can not be forced to do this,

- serviceability of all lighting devices, handbrake, sound signal, wipers and washers;

- No oil, fuel, coolant leaks (if parking spots remain under the machine, this is an alarm);

- integrity of brake hoses, cylinders, tubes;

- serviceability of the brakes.

Documents for inspection should be provided as follows:

- passport of the vehicle;

- Power of attorney, if you are not the owner;

- passport (citizen);

- Paid receipts.

In the power of attorney, the passing of the inspection should be indicated, as the areas of delegation of authority ("I trust to undergo technical inspection and perform all related actions").

Many believe that it is necessary to have a medical certificate and a compulsory motor insurance policy for passing the inspection. This is not true.
