The resulting asparagus is cut into pieces 6 cm in length and put into a saucepan. We take carrots and rub it on a large grater, if there is a food processor, you can use it. Carrots are mixed with rice vinegar and salt. When you stir carrots, lightly press on it, which will give it a more juicy taste. For about twenty minutes, carrots should stand to soak. Garlic finely chopped, you can use a press.
