The mission covers unattainable ideals, approaching which is included in the plans of the organization's leadership. The essence and content of management involves the implementation of plans at all levels (through the definition of activities, interrelations between departments, distribution of powers and responsibilities), as well as coordination and monitoring of implementation.
Ability to reach the goal with minimal costsdetermines the effectiveness ("efficiency") of the management of the organization as a whole, as well as the basic management tools and each manager at all levels of the organization's management. The essence and content of management in market conditions are aimed at solving practical problems that are measured at the stages of planning and evaluation of results that ensure the economic efficiency of the business, and also help to strengthen the position of the organization, its products or services in the relevant market segment. To do this, it is necessary to organize a process of management control, ensuring that the actual results are in line with the planned ones.
The main organizational methods ormanagement tools are financial and budgetary control, as well as market control mechanisms. That is, finance, budget and marketing are tools that help to influence the organization's business processes. The essence of financial management is to control the commensurate spending on productive and trading activities aimed at the realization of a specific goal and its financial results. At the same time, different variants of financial investments are calculated and compared, making it possible to obtain maximum profit with minimal financial costs and financial losses. Financial leverage is profit, depreciation, rents, contributions to charter capital, discount, dividends, and so on. Thus, it can be said that the essence and content of management lies in the effective economic management of an organization that allows you to achieve your goals in any way, but with a minimum of costs, and abandon the goals that are not economically justified.
