Device

Sterilization compartment. The chamber is a cylindrical vessel, the front part of which is equipped with a lid. The middle part of the part has double walls, the space between which aggregates with the steam generator tube, forming a jacket for guaranteed heating of the chamber before the steam inlet, providing heating of the components in the drying mode.
A gasket made of polymer material is placed in the groove of the chamber ring between it and the lid.

Operating principle

The steam sterilizer GK-100-3 is switched on vianetwork by means of a switch, after which the voltage is applied to the transformer, as indicated by the lamp indicator. After filling the steam generator with water, the voltage is transferred to the relay winding, which is activated, breaking the contact in the lamp circuit and the magnetic starter.

Inclusion of electric tubular heaterstype is carried out by means of the provided toggle switch. After it is set to "On", the process of generating steam in the generator is activated. When the temperature and pressure reach the maximum values, the relay switches off the magnetic starter and the heating elements. The main cause of the malfunction is clogging of the siphon pipeline and damage to the manometer mechanism.
Increase in pressure above the norm. In this case, you should replace the pressure gauge, since the main cause of the problem lies in its failure.
No operation of the safetyvalve. It is necessary to carefully lift the rod of the device, remembering the possibility of getting a burn due to the high temperature in the working compartment. The reason is that the spool is attached to the seating seat.
If the heating time exceeds 25-30 minutes, check the heating elements and replace them if necessary.
